Our organization also collaborates with governmental organizations; we recently had a lunch meeting with the Center for Local Development and Diaspora (CLDD), the Somali Ambasador in Italy Ulumo Abdirahman, Ahmed Sheikh, the president of Somali Toosa, and Maryan Hassan, the vice president, ccounsellor Hareda Mohamed, Nurta Abbas, and Ali Sheikh, the meeting took place in the city of Roma in Italy.
Together, we explored potential opportunities for collaboration, voluntary return, and diaspora engagement for the development of Somalia.
We expressed enthusiasm in supporting CLDD’s efforts to promote our survey among the Somali community in Italy.
